Important Notice: Registration Form – “Invited Scientists” Category
- The selection of invited speakers for ISINIP2026 has been completed.
- The “Invited Scientists (0 JPY)” registration category in the registration form is strictly limited to speakers who have been officially invited by the Organizing Committee and whose names are listed on the Scientific Overview page of the ISINIP2026 website.
- Individuals who have not received a formal invitation from the Organizing Committee are not eligible to select this category.
- Any inappropriate selection of this category will be corrected by the ISINIP2026 office without prior notice, and the participant will be required to complete payment under the appropriate regular registration category.
Excursion
The registration fee does not include the excursion.
The excursion on Friday, 26 June is optional.
You can book the excursion through the registration interface.
Accompanying persons can also be registered.
This excursion is a full-day event, running approximately from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note that partial participation or leaving the group during the excursion will not be possible, as the program is organized as a single, continuous tour.
The excursion will take you to Shirakawa-go, which has beautiful retro landscape and is the UNESCO World Heritage site.
The excursion fee (10,000 JPY) includes:
Round-trip bus transportation (Kanazawa – Shirakawa-go – Kanazawa)
English-guided tour and sightseeing in the Shirakawa-go area
Traditional gold leaf decorating experience (under consideration)
Lunch at a restaurant (or a lunchbox)
Payment Method Details
For security and administrative reasons, payments in cash or by personal check will not be accepted.
All registration payments for ISINIP2026 are processed securely through the online system operated by the official conference agent, Otomura Co., Ltd. and stripe.
Credit Card (Online Payment Only)
Online payment by credit card is the standard and recommended payment method for ISINIP2026.
The following credit cards are accepted:

Bank Transfer (Exceptional Cases Only)
Bank transfer is not accepted as a standard payment method.
Participants who are unable to make a credit card payment and require bank transfer must contact the ISINIP2026 Office in advance for approval and instructions.
Please note that bank transfer requests without prior contact and confirmation from the ISINIP2026 Office cannot be accepted.

Abstract Submission Form
Please prepare your abstract in Microsoft Word, following the <Abstract Submission Guidelines>.
Abstracts will be accepted only from participants who have completed registration and payment.
The abstract submission deadline is 20 April, 2026.

Receipts and Invoices
If the name to be shown on the invoice and/or receipt differs from that of the participant, please make sure to enter the correct information in the Registration Form at the time of registration. Please note that no changes can be made after registration.
The on-site Secretariat will issue receipts only for services requested on site.
No changes will be accepted on site.
Certificate
Certificates of participation for ISINIP2026 will be printed and provided in hard copy.
Each certificate will be distributed at the registration desk upon on-site check-in.
Please note that certificates will not be sent by e-mail after the conference.
Participants are kindly requested to collect their certificates during the on-site registration period.
Cancellation Policy
All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail to the ISINIP2026 Office and will be considered valid only after they are received and acknowledged by the ISINIP2026 Office. Requests made by other means will not be accepted.
The following cancellation fees will apply:
- Before 21 April: Full refund, minus a handling fee of 10,000 JPY.
- From 21 April to 31 May: 50% refund, minus a handling fee of 10,000 JPY.
- On or after 1 June: No refund will be granted.
All reimbursements will be processed after the meeting.
Special Section in Soil Science and Plant Nutrition (SSPN)
A dedicated Special Section for ISINIP2026 has been officially approved by Soil Science and Plant Nutrition.
This section will feature high-quality scientific contributions related to iron nutrition, metal homeostasis, and plant–soil interactions.
Authors are encouraged to begin preparing their manuscripts.
Detailed information regarding submission deadlines, manuscript categories, and editorial procedures will be announced soon.
VISA & Invitation Letter
A VISA may be required to enter Japan. Read JNTO site and MOFA site carefully to find out if you need a Visa.
Invitation letters can only be sent upon request after your payment has been received.
To request an invitation letter, please contact the ISINIP2026 Office by e-mail.
However, this invitation does not imply any financial or other obligation on the part of the ISINIP2026 Organizing Committee.
Travel Stipends
We are pleased that we can offer several travel stipends for early career researchers (up to 150,000 JPY).
Please note that our financial resources are limited, and we are unfortunately unable to provide full support to all applicants.
We will therefore offer partial travel support to a small number of selected applicants, based on merit and need.
